Join Brooke Kelly as you journey within yourself to discover your true potential and how to truly care for yourself and others. Meet once per month to learn the techniques needed to create healthy routines and habits. Together we will explore daily & seasonal cleansing practices, yoga, breathing, meditation, healthy cooking, Ayurveda, western herbalism, journaling, community sharing, herbal remedy making and so much more!
Daily Schedule: 10am-11am:Learn the Eight limbs of Yoga, practice gentle asana/postures to balance the Dosas and Chakras, learn Pranayama/breathing techniques to clam, stimulate, cool and heat the mind and body. 11am-12pm: Explore learning something new each month related to Ayurveda and/or Western Herbalism. Learn to make herbal remedies and how to use Ayurveda to maintain health. 12pm-1pm: Learn to cook healthy, nutritious and simple meals. Together we will prepare a meal each class to have with or as our lunch. 1pm-2pm: Meditation. Learn a variety of meditation practices from forest bathing, walking meditation, guided journey, sound, ceremony, and more. 2pm-3pm: Learn daily & seasonal cleansing practices as well as Abhyanga (self oil massage). Bring a bathing suit, shorts and/or sports bra to practice in. 3pm-4pm: Journal prompts will be given as we wrap up our day in order to reflect and notice patterns. Lastly we will take time to go around the circle to share thoughts and feelings while practicing conscious listening.
Dates: Meets once per month on a Sunday in 2019 from 10am to 4pm Jan 13, Feb 17, Mar 24, April 28, May 19, June 23, July 28, Aug 18, Sep 15, Oct 20, Nov 10, Dec 15 ~Please note dates are subject to change. If a change needs to happen as much notice as possible will be given. No discounts will be given if the changed date does not fit your schedule.
Payments: Total cost of the program is $1,500. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due to reserve your space. If you pay in cash in full by the first class save $100. All payments are final. No refunds will be given. Payment plans are available for those in need. Payment plans consist of the deposit followed by a monthly payment of $100. Please note if you miss a class you are still responsible to pay that months tuition if on a payment plan.
Certificate: For those who would like a certificate of completion you must complete all homework assignments, projects, final exam and final presentation. In addition you may have no more than two absences.
